There are 1000 Buddhas in the present Worthy Kalpa. The first 4 have already appeared in the long past history, the 4th is Sakyamuni Buddha(who was born in about 2500 years ago and created the current Buddhism), the 5th will be Maitreya Buddha, and you will be the 355th: Might Light Buddha! These knowledge are commonly known in China, and it is recorded in Buddhism Sutra: "1000 Buddhas' names in the present Worthy Kalpa".

I strongly recommend you(Noble Richard Stallman) to buy or get some Buddhism books to read! Buddhism is the ultimate truths and Buddha is a perfect human who has all the virtue and all the wisdom(knowing everything)!

I have read a considerable amount about Buddhism. There is
a lot of logic in the basic ideas of Buddhism, but the
superstructure often descends into imagination. I prefer
Dr. Ambedkar's totally rational school of Buddhism, which
some Dalits in India have adopted.

The Dharma sea, only believe can enter into, only intelligent can get to understand!
In fact, the superstructure and super ability in Buddhism can be proved by believing and practicing! They are already proved on me! Such as the extensive eyesight, mind reading, extensive hearing ability!
I even know the famous Samantabhadra Bodhisattva and Manjusri Bodhisattva, I have see them ago!
Buddhism value practicing very much, they are not imagination in fact, it is only that not everyone can get super ability and prove them!
And Buddhism is not a religion in fact, a religion require you to believe in it even it is not rational, while Buddhism all are practice and prove!
